Raúl Quintanilla Alvarado (Monterrey, 1982) has been dedicated to audiovisual production since the age of 17, with a filmography that includes over 500 short films and 4 feature films in which he worked as a producer, screenwriter, director, actor, cinematographer, editor, and colorist. He received acquisition awards at the Artemergente Biennial in 2012 and the FEMSA Biennial in 2016. In 2019, his film Fin Amor was awarded the Silver Cabrito at FICMonterrey. Recently he received the Carmen Alardín National Poetry Prize.
